Simple hooking mechanism for securing the necklace.

Each of the five silver teepee-shaped pendants contains a single beautiful blue turquoise gemstone in this Diné silver and turquoise necklace and earrings SET.  Each pendant has a tubular sleeve at the top where it is pendant from the necklace. Similar silver sleeves, separated by silver balls, comprise the necklace.

This Diné silver and turquoise necklace and earrings SET is stamped Handmade and Sterling but is not stamped with the name of the maker. It is a style reminiscent of the modern jewelry made at the White Hogan but is not from there because all those made there were signed by the artisan.  The White Hogan silversmiths operated in Scottsdale Arizona for 56 years and its jewelry was identifiable by its construction and uniqueness.
