The sterling silver pedestal of this pen holder is stamped JC, the initials of the artisan. The work appears like that made by Jessie Claw so we made the attribution of the artist as such.
The pedestal is arranged in the form of eagle feathers radiating outward from the center at which is a deep blue turquoise cab.
Condition: very good condition
