Although not traditional in looks, this small bracelet has been crafted in the traditional Navajo method. Early Navajo jewelry was decorated with simple hand chiseled lines and grooves. The addition of stones began in the late 19th Century.

This bracelet features a single coral cab set on a sterling silver band. The stone is enclosed in a saw-tooth bezel which is placed on a band of hand-filed lines with oxidized grooves. This talented unknown artist created a unique modern looking piece using traditional chiseled lines and a single stone.
