High-quality stones and expert silversmithing are hallmarks of Diné (Navajo) jewelry. The distinctive Diné method of jewelry making is to use silver as a means to highlight the beauty of turquoise. These mid-century earrings feature three beautiful spiderweb cabochons set in sawtooth bezels and placed on a sterling silver base plate framed with a thin bar of silver that has been decorated with small chisel marks. Two small silver drops rest at the bottom of the frame. The three stones hang from an inverted triangle with a single stone surrounded by three small silver drops. The earrings are unsigned.
