A beautiful, historic 2 bedroom (1 Queen + 2 Twin Beds), 2 bath, 1200 square foot home in the prestigious and historic Santa Fe east side neighborhood. This home has been furnished with all new kitchen appliances, large screen flat panel TV, free wireless Internet access, free local/long-distance telephone, and I-Pad docking station.

Enter through a fully landscaped front courtyard with a soothing babbling water feature. Wood burning fireplaces in the bedroom and living room, vigas style beams cover the main entrance ceiling, new kitchen appliances (including automatic dishwasher), washer-dryer, hardwood floors throughout, 2 separate showers and bathtubs, air conditioning and humidity controlled heating forced air system for your comfort, security doors.  Note that everything is supplied except for food and there is dedicated, private parking.

Current Rates:

Low Season: (January through May)

Daily: $300 per night (3 night minimum)

Weekly: $1,750

Monthly: $5,500

 

Mid Season: (September through December 15th)

Daily: $325 per night (3 night minimum)

Weekly: $1,950

Monthly: $6,500

 

2 High Seasons:

- June through August

- December 16th to 31st

Daily: $350 per night (3 night minimum)

Weekly: $2,150

Monthly: $7,500

 

Notes:

Rates reflect occupancy of 1 to 4 (max) people. 

Additional Total Charges of 15.438 %:

- 7 % for Lodger's Tax will be applied.

8.438 % for City Tax will be applied.

The kitchen is beautifully appointed with honey-colored wood cabinetry which highlight the hardwood floors. Everything was thought of for the kitchen—if you decide to stay in and cook (food not provided). Beautiful garden views.
