Diné Three Large Turquoise and Silver Appliqué Bracelet [SOLD]

This Diné of the Navajo Nation turquoise gemstone and silver appliqué is lustrous and heirloom-quality.  A base structure was first created, with three pieces of thick, hand-made silver wires clamped together at the ends but spread wide in the center.  This widest area supports the face elements and makes this bracelet strong and easy to wear. 

Each of the three turquoise gemstones has its own bezel and appliqué, with the two on the side mirroring one another.  These two pieces are similar in shape and infused with intriguing matrixes mottling the sky-blue gemstones.  Silver appliqué spheres dot the top and bottom of the bezels, seven at a time.  The edges are affixed with three beautiful fans, reminiscent of tropical fish fins.  

The central piece of turquoise is less ornamented with its matrix than the other two, glowing with a bright blue hue.  If examined closely each stone has a light dusting of a warm orange shade over some of the azure.  Nine silver dots are pinned on the top and bottom of the central turquoise, and each side features three silver fins making this piece the only one decorated all the way around with silver appliqué. All the silver has a pleasing patina to it as will occur over time, only adding to its overall appeal.

Condition: This silver and turquoise bracelet is in excellent condition.
