Simple hook and loop design secures this necklace.

This modern Navajo variant of a silver squash blossom necklace is strikingly beautiful and elegant with the turquoise cabs in their natural nugget shape.  The naja pendant and the six blossoms are connected with silver handmade chain links.  The silver bars with circles at their tips add a degree of vibrancy to the necklace as if fireworks were exploding stars into the sky.

It is refreshing to see an artisan experiment with traditional jewelry and reimagine it for the modern times.  It is unfortunate that he or she did not put a name on the necklace and gain credit for such creativity.

Condition: very good condition
