This ring, made by a Diné silversmith of the Navajo Nation, has a flat silver platform on which was mounted a stunning agate stone in tones of brown.  Outlining the edge of the silver platform are silver dots pressed from the opposite side.  The agate is mounted in a silver bezel.  Minor stamping appears on the tops of the band.  Stamping and incising were held to a minimum as the agate needs no competition.  It stands alone.

Condition: original condition

Provenance: this Diné Silver Ring with Large Beautiful Agate Mounting is from the collection of a client from Oklahoma
