This dainty Zuni Pueblo ring features seven round stones, sometimes referred to as “snake eyes,” set in the shape of a small flower. Each stone was carefully placed in a handmade sawtooth bezel. Tiny drops of silver are interspersed between the turquoise pieces which are various hues of green. Below the face of the ring, where it meets the shank, are small silver balls. The ring dates from the middle of the 20th Century.

Condition: The Small Zuni Petit Point Flower Ring is in very good condition for its age. There is considerable wear that has given the ring a smooth finish.

Provenance: from a Southwest Indian Jewelry collector in Colorado
