Pueblo Buffalo Dance [SOLD]

Watercolor on paper depicting a Buffalo Dancer and a single female dancer, after Ma Pe Wi (Velino Shije Herrera) of Zia Pueblo. This work on paper, is after an image published in the portfolio Pueblo Indian Painting, published in 1932 by C. Szwedzicki in Rue de France, Nice, France. The image is similar to plate 48 of the set. Good condition, tape remnant hinges from the previous framer to the exterior edges, image quality and condition excellent.
