Sterling Silver Cigarette Paper or Business Card Dispenser [R]

What an unusual piece. This silver box is designed with a jet roller on the lid whose purpose is to dispense a business card or cigarette paper when it is spun. The box has a slight opening between the base and lid that permits the item to be ejected without opening the lid. The inside of the box has a silver strip that acts as a spring loaded devise to hold the card or paper up close to the lid so it can be ejected. Very clever.
