Zuni silversmiths are best known for their lapidary ability to set small pieces of stone within channels of silver. This ring, in the shape of the mythical Thunderbird, uses the colors of coral, mother of pearl (MOP), jet, and turquoise, along with the jeweler’s ability to set these stones, to create the perfect balance of color.
