This wonderful pair of armbands was made for and was used in a pueblo dance ceremony.  They are made of thick saddle leather and the overlapping ends carved in kiva-step form.  They were beautifully painted in multi colors, the primary one being turquoise.

 

Condition:  Original excellent condition with minor paint loss due to use.
