Margaret Gutierrez comes from a family of famous and outstanding potters. Her parents, Lela & Van, were responsible for developing the design style continued by Margaret and her older brother Luther. Following Luther's death in 1987, Margaret continued making pottery by herself.  Margaret's twin brother, Paul Gutierrez makes pottery with his wife Dorothy.  The children of these siblings also are potters.

This group of miniature figurines by Margaret includes a duck, dog, Koshare and Mudhead, all in the polychrome paints made famous by this family of potters.  Each of the figurines is signed Margaret.  Condition:  each is in very good condition except for a minor scratch on the right side of the Koshare Provenance:  ex. coll.
