This is an exceptional Acoma jar.  The walls are consistent in thickness throughout the vessel.  All of the materials are native to Acoma Pueblo.  The lightning design is one of the most striking designs revived by Dolores Lewis's mother, Lucy M. Lewis, and continued in use by her daughters. 

Condition:  this potttery jar is circa 1990 and is in excellent condition.
