New Mexico Artists

Inspired by the natural splendor of the Southwest, these European-American artists settled in Taos, Santa Fe, and Albuquerque, captured their visions of the landscape in beautiful realistic styles.
This exhibit regroups paintings from 19 different well-known painters such as Eanger Irving Couse (click here to learn more), Taos Artist of the Year in 1981 Ila McAfee [1897-1995] (click here to learn more) and Carl Von Hassler (1887-1969) known as the known as the “Dean of the Albuquerque Art Colony” and appreciated by the collectors (click here to learn more).
