This is an extraordinary small jar decorated entirely in black on white. It was formed of native clay and painted with paint made from boiling the leaf of the Rocky Mountain Bee plant. The design is a new one for the Rustins. This is the first time they have used it. The rim is formed from two slabs of clay that overlap at their ends. They represent eagles flying over the village.

This is another visual masterpiece from the Rustins. It is beautifully formed, symmetrical in shape, and dazzling in design.
