Arts and Crafts Period Furniture

Adobe Gallery carries a limited number of fine, handcrafted pieces of furniture and accessories in the Arts and Crafts style.  This time period often includes Mission Oak furniture—library tables, chairs, settles, bookcases, and lamps.  Quarter-sawn oak furniture is characteristic of the Arts and Crafts movement in America.

On-hand items include pieces by Stickley, Limbert, and Lifetime, as well as unsigned pieces in the styles of those makers. Although not made in the Southwest, we think the aesthetic of furniture from this time period blends well with the art of the Pueblo Indians and the Adobe style of homes seen in Santa Fe and other areas of the Southwest.
