Because we stand unequivocally behind the quality and authenticity of every artwork we represent, we offer a 30-day window for you to live with your new acquisition. If it does not meet your expectations for any reason, we invite you to return it for a full refund of the purchase price."

Your Return Options

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned artwork, you may choose one of the following paths:

Full Refund

A direct refund of the purchase price to your original payment method.

Gallery Credit

A credit issued in your name toward a future acquisition from our collection.

Artistic Trade

Apply the full value of your purchase toward a trade for another piece of your choosing.

Return Guidelines & Logistics

To ensure a seamless return process, please adhere to the following standards:

  • Immediate Notification: Please contact the gallery at 505-955-0550 as soon as you decide to initiate a return.
  • Condition: The artwork must be returned to Adobe Gallery in the exact condition in which it was originally received.
  • Secure Transit: Items must be professionally packaged and fully insured for their full value. We recommend using the original packing materials whenever possible.
  • Window of Return: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

*Please note: Refunds are issued for the full purchase price of the artwork. Original and return shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable.
