Your My Adobe Gallery (MYAG) account is a personalized dashboard designed to help you track acquisitions, manage your wish list, and receive early access to new arrivals.

Recovering Your Username

Usernames are case-sensitive. If forgotten, select "Forgot Username." We will instantly email your credentials to the address on file.

View records of your Adobe Gallery acquisitions dating back to the year 2000.

  • Access original high-resolution images and descriptions.
  • Review provenance details (Prices remain private for your security).
  • Submit missing records for manual addition to your archive.

Consignment Tracking

Real-time oversight of your items currently being brokered by Adobe Gallery.

  • Active: Items currently available for purchase on the gallery floor.
  • Closed: Past sales records for your personal accounting.

Occasion Reminders

Let us help you celebrate. We can send automated reminders for birthdays or anniversaries.

  • Schedule alerts for 1 week, 2 weeks, or 1 month in advance.
  • Option to send to a secondary "surprise" email address.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I am certain my password is correct, but I still cannot log in. What is wrong?
The most common issue is Username Case-Sensitivity. Our system recognizes "CollectorName" and "collectorname" as two different entries. Please use the "Forgot Username" tool to verify the exact capitalization of your username.
Q: I requested a password reset but never received the email.
First, please check your Spam or Junk folder, as automated security emails are sometimes filtered. If it is not there, you may have multiple email addresses; ensure you are checking the one associated with your Adobe Gallery records.
Q: The "Add to Watchlist" button or images are not appearing correctly.
This is usually a Browser Cache issue. Try "Force Refreshing" your page (Press Ctrl + F5 on PC or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac). If the problem persists, clearing your browser cookies will usually resolve the display error.
Q: I have been a client for years, but my "Purchase History" is empty.
This occurs if your online account was created with an email address that does not match the one in our physical gallery archives. Please email us with a list of your previous acquisitions, and our staff will manually synchronize your records to your digital profile.
Q: Can I share my MYAG account with a family member?
For security and privacy reasons regarding purchase history and consignment data, we recommend one user per account. However, you can add a secondary "Secret Email" in the Gift Reminders section to coordinate surprises for family members.
