Beautifully Sculpted Rain God [SOLD]

This is one of the most carefully sculpted figurines in the exhibit. There is a small chip on the rim of the pot. The decorations were precisely painted in bright colors of royal blue, orange, white, green and light blue. This probably dates to circa 1930s.

Provenance: This figurine was exhibited in Rain Gods Reign Again: The Dana Lipsig Collection of Tesuque Pueblo Rain Gods in 2005 at Adobe Gallery Santa Fe.
