Potter Once Known

This is a most unusual treatment among the Rain God figurines from the late 19th century. The hair is sculpted in a Mohawk style and the full face is painted orange. The chest and pottery jar are painted in strong red and faded blue paints. The right arm reaches around to the front of the pottery jar. It is in excellent condition.
