This pair of pendulum or raindrop earrings features a stylized bird in Hopi overlay fashion. Each earring is stamped with the logo of the maker. The silversmith whose logo is of this style is Willie Archie Talaheftewa from the Second Mesa village Shungopavi. He is listed as actively working since 1965. Although he is listed in the hallmark books, there is very little information published about him.
The earrings are fitted with posts for pierced ears.
