Jewelry items worn for adornment by the Pueblo Indians in the early 20th century were simple and elegant at the same time. These silver hoop earrings with a single bead are a wonderful example of this style.

The artist most likely used a very old handmade bead and repurposed it by attaching it to a silver hoop. It is hard to determine when this was done, but the beads look to be from the early 20th century.

Condition: the earrings are in excellent condition.

Provenance: these Laguna Pueblo Very Old Hoop Earrings with Bead are from a Santa Fe collector.
