This bracelet is comprised of 5 oval units, each sterling silver and each centered with an oval dark green turquoise cabochon. The silver backing of each of these units supports the turquoise in a silver bezel and is surrounded by silver drops.
Each of the 5 units is hooked together by a handmade silver hinge. The top of each hinge features a different stamped design. A handmade silver clasp of a sun burst design completes the ensemble.
The bracelet probably dates to the 1940s decade and is in excellent condition. It is not signed by an artist but whoever made it was a talented and expert jewelry maker.
Condition: very good condition
Provenance: from the collection of a Santa Fe resident
