This pair of Zuni Pueblo silver and turquoise earrings comprises two sections—the top section is round and showcases a flower-like arrangement. Connected to that section, by two silver rings, is the lower section that is rectangular and features four domed, round turquoise gemstones. Below the turquoise arrangement are five silver loops from which dangle silver bars. The earrings are fitted for pierced ears by the addition of a silver wire hook that enters the ear lobe and may be locked in securely to prevent loss. The earrings were not signed by the Zuni artisan.  These appear to date to the 1940s.

Condition: very good condition
