Alternate view actually wearing one of the earrings. This pair of Zuni Pueblo earrings was beautifully constructed with the entire dangle covered in turquoise and silver strips.  Channel inlay is the process of a lapidary artisan setting the stones between silver strips in a mosaic format.  This is not an easy process and takes the steady hands of a true artisan.  This style inlay was made famous by Zuni artisan Frank Dishta who was known for this design.

The earrings are equipped with screw posts, an indication of circa 1940s period.  Each post is covered with a similar inlay style consisting of three leaves.

Condition: very good condition

Provenance: these Zuni Pueblo Silver and Turquoise Dishta Style Earrings are from a gentleman in Colorado
