Carol Pecos is the daughter of Frank and Louisa Fragua Toledo; sister of Felapita Toledo Yepa, Jose R. Toledo, Michael Toledo, Joe Rafael Toledo, Bernice Louis Gachupin; wife of Jose Pecos; mother of Irwin Pecos and Rose Pecos-Sun Rhodes.
