Molly (Mollie) Talas, Hopi Pueblo, Fog Clan, active ca. 1927-2007: bundle coiled baskets. Born at Shungopavi, Second Mesa. Mollie was the granddaughter of Tseatsung; daughter of Ethel Jusnempsi Honanie and Barney Youhungva; step-daughter of Honanie Nasaftie; wife of Vernon Talas (Tewa from 1st Mesa, born March 1910); mother of Betty Tewangoitewa, Virgil Talas; aunt of Joyce Saufkie. Molly learned basket making from her grandmother Tseatsung.
