Hopi Pueblo artist Wally Navasie is known for his highly detailed wood carvings of Katsina dolls. Usually, these amazing carvings are only one piece and often show the carving “in motion.”
Wally Navasie (b.1967-) is a nephew of both Feather Woman and Frog Woman, and brother to katsina doll carver Muriel Navasie.
