This Gazette supports and encourages the perpetuation of the age old sort of storytelling. Tales, legends and yarns provide each community no matter how large or small with an opportunity to share feelings of unity. There is a soulful strength in the telling of tales that is stronger than the core of any one person. This strength reminds each of us how vulnerable we are, that we need others who have more wisdom, and that survival comes from listening and learning. There is a richness in the Southwest, a strong powerful emotion of flowing love that can only be shared verbally
