Susanne and Jake Page

Susanne Page’s photographs have appeared in a variety of national and international magazines—including National Geographic which helped to sustain her work among the Hopi. In 1977, she was given a major exhibition at the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of American History.  Her Song of the Earth Sprit, a book about the Navajo, was published by Friends the Earth. 

Jake Page, a former editor of Natural History and Smithsonian magazines, is a contributing editor and writes a column for Science 86; he is the author of several books, including a novel of the Southwest.
