Hopi-Tewa artist Neil David, Jr. started carving Katsinas around the 1980s. Some of his favorite subjects to carve are of the Koyaala and Koshari-Hono Clown.

Neil David, Jr. lives in Polacca, First Mesa, Hopi Pueblo, Arizona. He is the great-grandson of Lena Charlie and Victor Charlie; grandson of Sunbeam David and Randolph David; Nephew of Larry David and the son of Neil David, Sr.
