Sandra Victorino is the granddaughter of Lita L Garcia; daughter of Pearl Leno; niece of Dorothy Torivio; sister of Corrine J. Chino and Brain A Chino; wife of Cletus Victorino, Sr.; mother of Rochelle, Cletus, Jr., Joey, and Prestion Victorino. Sandra learned pottery making from her grandmother Lita Garcia and her aunt Dorothy Torivio.

Sandra is widely respected for her large, intricately painted ollas, her designs often repeat hundreds of swirling bands of symbols, creating an optical effect called "eyedazzlers."
