Zuni Pueblo artist Frank Dishta (1902-1954) and his wife, Pauline Dishta worked for trader C.G. Wallace in the late 1930s. Their son Virgil learned the inlay style from his parents and also worked for Wallace. The Dishta style is characterized by small circular or teardrop shaped pieces of turquoise set flush in the silver setting.
