This exquisite silver and turquoise bracelet, crafted in the mid-1990s by Santo Domingo Pueblo jeweler Jimmy F. Calabaza (b.1949), beautifully reflects his signature fusion of traditional craftsmanship and modern design. Jimmy Calabaza has received many annual awards from Santa Fe Indian Market and the Museum of Arizona, and he has exhibited at San Diego Museum of Man, Los Angeles Southwest Museum, and Heard Museum in Phoenix. He is included in many current national publications. He runs a general store and small trading post at Kewa Pueblo, as well as being a farmer.
