Santa Fe Vacation Rentals: We offer a conveniently located condominium that may be rented short-term or long-term at rates substantially below comparable units in the Historic Eastside.
It is a beautiful, new, contemporary 1 bedroom 1 bath 850 square foot condo in the prestigious Santa Fe Eastside. Newly constructed, the condominium has been furnished with all new kitchen appliances, large screen flat panel TV, free wireless Internet access and free local telephone, and I-Pad docking station.
Entry is through a fully landscaped front courtyard with soothing water feature. Wood burning fireplaces in the bedroom and living room, high ceilings with beams, WOLF Range, SUB-ZERO refrigerator, washer-dryer, automatic dishwasher, hardwood floors throughout, separate shower and deep bathtub, air conditioning and humidity controlled heating forced air system for your comfort.
Things to do in the heart of Santa Fe: it is located in the first block of Garcia Street within 3 minutes walking distance to Canyon Road and Adobe Gallery where you can also pick up a free shuttle. A short walk to the Santa Fe Plaza, Lensic Theater, Museum Hill, School for Advanced Research and most other attractions and your favorite restaurants. There is also a coffee house and book store next door—where all of the locals hang out.

Daily: $250 per night (3 night minimum)
Mid Season: (September through December 15th)
Daily: $275 per night (3 night minimum)
2 High Seasons:

Daily: $300 per night (3 night minimum)
Rates reflect occupancy of 1 to 2 (max) people.
Additional Total Charges of 15.438 %:
- 7 % for Lodger's Tax will be applied.
- 8.438 % for City Tax will be applied.

Access to the condominium is through a main driveway exiting off Garcia Street. There is dedicated parking directly in front for one vehicle (click on the second detail image link to view). Entry through the private gate takes one into a beautifully landscaped courtyard with flagstone pavers, flowerbeds, and a beautiful white stone water fountain that provides a soothing sound of cascading water. Table and chairs provide a quiet area to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Landscape lighting provides warm evening light.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen/Dining area is beautifully appointed with honey-colored wood cabinetry which highlight the hardwood floors, a Wolf Range, Sub-Zero Refrigerator, automatic dishwasher, microwave, all new countertop scarlet-red appliances.
The living room area has hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, an Italian leather couch and overstuffed chair with down cushions and a second overstuffed leather chair. Mission oak coffee table, end tables, and three-panel mission oak screen, a flat-screen Television, and separate stereo, CD and DVD player, and I-Pad docking station. The floor is covered with a beautiful Persian rug. Fine Art from Adobe Gallery hangs on the walls. The room is warm and inviting.
The bedroom is furnished in handmade New Mexico furniture styled after that of famous New Mexico artist William Penhallow Henderson. The room contains hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, a door to the private courtyard, a small desk with Internet capability, and a large walk-in clothes closet with built in dresser drawers. A queen-sized bed provided with comfortable linens ensure a sound sleep awaits you.
The bathroom is truly a work of art. It is outfitted with Hardwood floors, beautiful free-form porcelain dual sinks with artistic faucets, a deep two-person bathtub, a fully glass enclosed two-person shower, and a separate clothes washer and dryer conveniently located in the closet. Thick colorful towels and floor mats compliment the bath.
