A raised oval silver frame, mounted to a flat silver plate, sets the stage for this ocean of blue turquoise gemstones to float among random small silver balls by Tommy Moore. The background silver plate was darkened to enhance, and not compete with, the appearance of the turquoise and silver balls. Each turquoise gemstone is intense in blue with black matrix randomly placed. The buckle is an impressive work of art. It was not signed with the name of the artist. It appears to be from the mid-twentieth century.

He is a highly collectible Native American Indian Artist, and this artist signs his intricately designed sterling silver and turquoise creations as Tommy Moore.
