This Diné Exquisite Silver and Turquoise Choker Jewelry Necklace has two silver bars from which the pendant is suspended hinged to two silver strips to which the silver chains are attached. Each of these silver strips is host to nine small turquoise cabs arranged in pyramid shape. The strips are scored with small cuts into the silver on the edges. The pendant is also scored on its perimeter. The necklace is fitted with a silver handmade chain with a handmade clasp.
The choler is stamped with the initials WR and Sterling. None of our reference books lists a silversmith with those initials so we have been unable to state the name of the jeweler of this exquisite jewel of choker.
Most of the reference books have been published since 2000 so it is quite likely that this artist has emerged since 2000 and his name will appear in future editions, but for now, he remains WR.
Condition: excellent original condition
