This bracelet was made by an unidentified Diné of the Navajo Nation silversmith. It is signed, but the hallmark is very small, so we are unable to identify the artist. Their workmanship with this example is excellent.
Four bands of silver form the bracelet. The two exterior bands are straight and the two interior bands are braided. Additional braided bands appear at the ends, binding the four longer bands together. A diamond-shaped plane lies over the bands, holding a beautiful arrangement of eleven turquoise gemstones. Each stone is beautiful, and they are set securely within their bezels.
