One glance at these coral earrings immediately tells the viewer that they were made by a Diné of the Navajo Nation silversmith. The squash blossom dangle is directly associated with squash blossom necklaces which are made by Diné artisans. A deep red coral gemstone adorns the earpiece. It is secured in a silver bezel and mounted on the silver disc that is wrapped in a twisted rope fashion. The earrings are especially attractive and were made for pierced ears.

Condition: very good condition

Provenance: this Pair of Earrings with Coral and Squash Blossom is from a private collection
