Condition: The book is in very good condition as if used very little, if any.  The deluxe cover is not is such good condition.  Both the front and back covers have completely separated from the spine.  We have obtained an estimate from a bindery of $75 to rebind the book in hard board covered in cloth.  We can have this done if desired.
