Artist Signature - Caroline Fragua Gachupin, Jemez Pueblo PotterThis charming Female Pottery Storyteller Figurine was made by Caroline Gachupin of Jemez Pueblo.  The adult is seated with her legs off to the side, quite a unique presentation. She has a young girl and young boy on her arms and a traditional basket resting on her lap.  She has rosy cheeks, has expressive eyes and an open mouth. The figurine was made in the early 2000s.


Condition: this Jemez Pueblo Female Pottery Storyteller Figurine with Two Children by Caroline Fragua Gachupin is in very good condition

Provenance: from the estate of an Albuquerque resident
