This charming Female Pottery Storyteller Figurine was made by Caroline Gachupin of Jemez Pueblo. The adult is seated with her legs off to the side, quite a unique presentation. She has a young girl and young boy on her arms and a traditional basket resting on her lap. She has rosy cheeks, has expressive eyes and an open mouth. The figurine was made in the early 2000s.
Condition: this Jemez Pueblo Female Pottery Storyteller Figurine with Two Children by Caroline Fragua Gachupin is in very good condition
Provenance: from the estate of an Albuquerque resident
