The ring was originally a size 11 but has been provided with a removable adjustment to be slightly snugger. This Diné of the Navajo Nation ring is brilliantly crafted and features very detailed and creative silver appliqué work, alongside stunning turquoise, and saturated blood red coral. The ring was originally a size 11 but has been provided with a removable adjustment to be slightly snugger. This ring is signed with what looks like “FA,” but we are unable to determine whose hallmark this is.

The artist began with a fine sterling silver base and added elements as they worked around the ring. The edges each feature four curved shapes that are flush to the ring and resemble splashes of water.  Two pieces of deeply red coral, sometimes referred to as blood coral for its saturated hue, are set into serrated bezels on the right of the ring face.  A bright sky-blue piece of turquoise is set in a similar bezel on the right.  Lovely swirls and round balls of silver were added in between the gemstones.

Condition: This ring is in very good condition.

Provenance: This Silver Appliqué Size 10.5 Ring with Blood Coral and Turquoise is from an estate in eastern Washington.
